- Designed 41 tooth ANSI 50 chain sprocket in Fusion 360 (cutouts based on previous design)
- Performed FEA of sprocket with Fusion 360 to confirm safety factor and maximum allowable displacement under engine load
- Designed UHMW chain guide and steel mounting tabs in SolidWorks
